Ugly Eternity

By day, Cade works as a mechanic. By night, he’s the drummer for a popular nightclub band. Music has always been his greatest love and biggest dream. That is, until Cade meets Dylan.
For Dylan, working as head bartender for Club Khronos is the ultimate job opportunity. There’s no way he could’ve foreseen how torturous the position would become. Six months of craving Cade has driven Dylan insane. No matter what he tries, Dylan can’t get a clear read on Cade. When Cade does finally make his move, Dylan realizes a fate worse than never having the man of his dreams—being kept a secret.

“You still have nine minutes and forty-five seconds left.”
Dylan snorted. “That’s a rather specific amount of time.”
“Eight minutes and fifty seconds now.” Yep. He heard himself, but Cade couldn’t stop. The slight twisting of Dylan’s lips was the only indication he was biting back a laugh. He clasped his hands behind his back.
“All right. We can wait.” Cade was wrong—the laughter was in Dylan’s tone as well. “That is, unless you’d rather leave. I’m usually the one who stays late. I think I’m good to cut out a bit early this one time.”
The final word barely left Dylan’s lips before Cade was ushering him out the back. The cool night air brushed his skin as the metal door slammed closed behind them.
“I’m parked over there,” Cade said, pointing out his car. Dylan didn’t miss a step as he headed toward the black ’68 Chevelle SS. “You’re not even going to ask where we’re going, are you?” Cade couldn’t hide the pride in his voice. Dylan made him feel… wanted. He didn’t know how else to describe it.
“Don’t care,” Dylan answered without breaking stride.
“You should,” Cade said before he could stop himself. “I intend to fuck you.”
Dylan spun, causing Cade to draw up short. He caught a flash of determination crossing Dylan’s face before the man pounced. Delicious lips collided with his. They were relentless. Cade’s bottom lip stung as Dylan’s teeth sank into it and tugged. When he gasped, Dylan opened his mouth over his, swallowing the sound, and swiping the roof of his mouth with his tongue. Cade tried chasing after him, but Dylan was too quick. He swiped the inside of his cheek before disappearing and sucking on his lip once more. A moan rose in Cade’s throat. His cock wept.
Dylan’s palms landed on either side of his face, controlling their kiss. All Cade could do was cling to the man’s hips. When he thought he’d scream in frustration, Dylan finally gave in, brushing his tongue boldly across Cade’s. Holy hell. He had a stud in his tongue. Cade thought he might come in his jeans at the thought alone. By the time Dylan pulled away, Cade was panting. Dylan swiped his thumb along Cade’s bottom lip, his eyes followed the motion, holding Cade captivated.
“If you’re going to fuck me, I wish you’d get on with it already.” Dylan’s gaze met his, leaving Cade speechless in the face of his open desire. “Because I’ve already had you a thousand different ways in my mind, and I’m damn tired of waiting.”
